TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing your ORDER you expressly agree to the terms and conditions set forth on this schedule. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not submit your order. Customers must be in good standing with Trans-Global Technologies, Inc. when orders are placed. All of your information is safe and secure. Trans-Global Technologies, Inc. does NOT give your information to ANYONE -- EVER.
CVV2 CODE: The CVV2 code is a three digit code on the back of your credit card on the right side (located on the signature strip). Amex credit cards are 4 digits on the front of the card. If you need help finding the CVV2 code, please call or email us and we will be happy to assist. No credit card orders will be processed without the CVV2 code per our credit card processor. This requirement is the credit card companies' policy, not Trans-Global Technologies, Inc.. Method of Payment: We accept Visa, Check Cards, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and PayPal. We also accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders made payable to Trans-Global Technologies, Inc. We accept personal checks (no checks on banks outside the United States), but please note that we will wait 7-10 working days for the check to clear before we will ship the goods that you have ordered. There is a fee for returned checks which is the maximum amount allowed by your state. A. Trans-Global Technologies, Inc. will invoice and bill the Customers' credit card at time of shipment except for the yearly update, which will be billed 1 year from original purchase and every year after that until cancelled. All orders will be paid for in full before items are shipped. Trans-Global Technologies, Inc. accepts U.S. Dollars ONLY. B. If the Customer lives in Alabama, Trans-Global Technologies, Inc. will bill the customer for a tax of 5.5%. C. If the state that you live in (other than Alabama) imposes any internet sales taxes, or any other tax, the Customer will be responsible for paying any said taxes. Trans-Global Technologies, Inc. is not responsible in any way for paying or collecting any taxes except for the State of Alabama and Madison County Alabama. D. We pay shipping and handling for all of the software products we sell.
III. RETURNS:
A. Merchandise purchased from Trans-Global Technologies, Inc. may be returned only for the reason of manufacturer's defect. Items can ONLY be returned within 30 days and have to be in the same exact condition as you received it. It must contain all instructions, and anything else originally included in the box. NO CASH REFUNDS. NO CREDIT CARD REFUNDS. All returns are subject to management approval. If signs of abuse or neglect of the item are visible. Trans-Global Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to verify claim for validity of defective part. The Warranty period for software is 30 days from the date of purchase. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number that you must acquire from Trans-Global Technologies, Inc. prior to shipping the returning item. E. If you email Trans-Global Technologies, Inc. or send Trans-Global Technologies, Inc. an order, Trans-Global Technologies, Inc. then reserves the right to send you emails in the future. If you do not want emails sent from Trans-Global Technologies, Inc., then you are responsible for informing Trans-Global Technologies, Inc. that you do not want to be on our email list. Fraud on the internet is a Federal Offense and The FBI Actively Investigates and Prosecutes Internet Fraud. If a Customer Presents a Credit Card That is Stolen Or That The Customer Does Not Have Permission to Charge Items To (Fraud), Trans-Global Technologies, Inc. Will Prosecute To The Fullest Extent Of The Law.
